Patience Walton is a Creative Director and visionary leader with over a decade and a half of experience in the design industry. Since 2009, she has served as a creative director at The Premier Design Haus. She is also a recognized Adobe Community Expert and a design professor.

Her career is marked by leveraging design, communication, and event planning to empower underrepresented voices and foster inclusion, including impactful collaborations with nonprofits and high-profile clients. Her leadership at American Express created crucial mentorship opportunities and sparked impactful conversations that helped transform the organization's culture and elevate the visibility of diverse talent. In 2024, her passion for this work led her to found the nonprofit Cultured Experiences as its Executive Director, dedicated to mentoring creatives and leaders.
