Quinnton Harris

Quinnton Harris is a creative leader and entrepreneur living in Washington, D.C., USA. His longtime mission is to work with his community to birth ideas that help make our world a more equitable and inclusive place. He is passionate about creativity and design, and leads teams in an effort to craft compelling and authentic brand experiences for companies and entrepreneurs.

He formerly served as Co-Founder & CEO of Retrospect, a 7-figure backed creative services and experimental studio that serviced enterprise brands like Amazon, Spotify, Walmart, Shea Moisture / Unilever and GM Financial as well as emergent cultural brands such EatOkra, Official Black Wall Street and Afro Charities. Most recently Retrospect won a Webby Award for Corporate Social Responsibility (Branded Video) alongside their client, Shea Moisture.

Quinnton is also an MIT graduate, kickstarting his dynamic career as an Art Director at Digitas, Lead Creative for Walker & Company (makers of Bevel and acquired Procter & Gamble in 2018), inaugural Creative Director at Blavity, Inc., and Group Creative Director & Global Experience Lead at Publicis Sapient.

Quinnton was recently given the Entrepreneurial Design Achievement Award by the State of Black Design Conference, an award within the Standard Bearer Series that will be named in his honor for years to come. In 2023, he was selected to be Jury President for Design Lions at the 2023 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. He is the second Black president in the festival’s 69-year history.
