Dori Tunstall will bring her anthropologist’s lens to the State of Black Design. Her leadership in the movement to decolonize design will inform her comments on equity, inclusion, and diversity and the opportunities ahead for redesigning our world.

The Intersection of Art and Design: 6 Ft, 7 Ft, 8 Ft – Bunch Design Cypher A dynamic showcase of Black design talent, presented in a PechaKucha-style format where creativity meets rhythm. Each participant shares their work through a structured presentation, set to a carefully curated soundtrack. Participants: Kyra Wells, American Greetings Sophia Little, Essence Ventures Andrea Pitter, Pantora Bridal Presentation Format: Inspired by Lil Wayne’s hit single, the event follows a timed structure: the first speaker presents for 6 minutes, the second for 7 minutes, and the final speaker for 8 minutes. Each speaker must complete their story before the music begins, adding an element of urgency and flow to their narratives.
