Haydee Franco is the Director of Development and Color and Material Design Lead at Lewis College of Business (Pensole Lewis Detroit), working closely with D’wayne Edwards and Suzette Henry at MLab Collective. She brings experience in the product creation space, collaborating with startups and emerging brands that prioritize sustainability, sport and the outdoors. Her expertise covers product design, business planning, and innovation, with a particular focus on integrating sustainability and circular design into business practices. Lately, Haydee has been instrumental in shaping the future of education at PLC, leading nonprofit funding strategies, program development, and supporting the color and material department under Ms. Henry’s guidance. Haydee’s passion for connecting communities through design, strategy, and circularity education is the common thread that unites her work.
