Malissa is a Program Manager and Consultant who chooses not to label herself as “HR”. She loves using her creativity and love for human understanding to curate ideas, build relationships, and foster opportunities for talent through a dynamic and inclusive lens.

She completed her undergraduate studies at Western Michigan University, majoring in French, and received her MBA from Cornerstone University. She also has a certification in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.

A Detroit-native, Malissa loves live music, sports, working out, and spending time with her fur-baby Dublin.
