Dylan McKinnon is an industrial designer whose work integrates craft, strategy, and systems thinking. He began his career as a cabinetmaker in Montreal before studying furniture design in Toronto, developing a rigorous approach to form and material. After working with Canadian designer Heidi Earnshaw and exhibiting his own studio work nationally, he joined Yabu Pushelberg, contributing to large-scale projects for international interiors and luxury brands. At Steelcase, Dylan guides complex furniture systems through research, design, and collaboration. His practice is grounded in craftsmanship and a commitment to thoughtful, human-centered design.
